Retention of Personal Information

We will retain your personal information for as long as needed to fulfill the purpose for which we collected it and for a reasonable period thereafter in order to comply with audit, contractual, technical, or legal requirements. We will retain and use your information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

User Access and Choice

To the extent Converge uses your contact information to send you newsletters or other correspondence, you may opt out of receiving such communications by emailing us at info@convergeins.com. You may also request us to correct, update, or delete your personal information that you know or have reason to believe is in our possession by emailing us at info@convergeins.com. When contacting us, please provide us with detailed information about the personal information you are requesting we correct, update, amend, or remove, and the time frame and manner in which you believe we came to collect it. Before complying with your request, we will verify your identity.

If we obtained your personal  information from a customer or third party acting on your behalf, you will have to contact the company or person to whom you provided your information to. In certain circumstances, we may be required by law, our auditors, or other legitimate business purposes to keep information about you.

Policies for Children

Converge does not knowingly collect personally identifiable  information from any user who is under the age of 18, nor do our websites contain information which would be potentially harmful to minors in any way. Any user under the age of 18 must ask a parent or guardian for permission to use Converge online services. We collect personal information on minors when provided by their parents or legal  guardians for the purposes of requesting services from us for the benefit of such minors.

We advise all visitors to our websites under  the age of 13 not to disclose or provide any personal information. In the event that we discover that a child under the age of 13 has provided personal information to us, we will delete the child’s personal information in accordance with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998. Notwithstanding the foregoing, pursuant to 47 U.S.C. Section 230 (d), as amended, we hereby notify you that parental control protections are commercially available to assist you in limiting access to material that is harmful to minors.
